・・・ MOD GUIDELINES・・・18+ is preferred for mods, but not a requirement.Communication is important, as this project will span over a longer period of time. By applying you are committed to see the project through to completion and acknowledge the time required based on the schedule + possible delays. We understand that circumstances can happen, and we hope that in such cases you can communicate that. The project will be For Profit. Profit will firstly cover production costs and then go towards compensating contributors with a free physical copy and shipping, then if possible a full bundle. Any remaining profit will be split by contribution. All contributors will be guaranteed a high res PDF or the option to get a physical copy at production cost.・・・Discord is required. Please check discord at least twice a week for any updates or pings. Especially during busier periods closer to check-ins and pre-orders. You are not required to read the backlog, but it is your responsibility to know what is going on and be up to date in the channel which your role covers. Please Communicate! There will be deadlines, and sometimes even mods miss them. It happens, but should you be unavailable or have forgotten some information please ask so we can help you and redistribute the workload if needed.Moderating is a Team effort! Please be proactive and help out outside your role if you are able to. Not everyone is good at maths, art or writing, but if it is something within your capacity, we hope you will offer your help when possible.Be mindful about time zones. We understand that it is confusing, but when working with an international team it is essential to keep time zones in mind.・・・Some mod roles are very time sensitive and more time consuming. There will be periods that will be busier than others. If you sign up for such a role, please keep this in mind as we will be depending on you. Plan ahead if you need to, or communicate with us early on if you won’t be as available during that time.Experience is not needed. However, if you don’t have experience we hope you can ask when you are confused and use this as a learning experience.

BETA / WRITING MODThe beta mod will help the general mod with keeping track of contributors - primarily writers and go through all written works in the zine. Will be in charge of helping out with checking and writing announcements, social media captions and other text related content.Well versed in the English language (vocabulary, punctuation, grammar). Is comfortable with writing and reading a lot of text for different areas.Examples of tasks
・ Read through announcements and posts checking for flow and language
・ Help drafting writings for e-mails, social media or other posts
・ Read through writing submission, proofread and suggest feedback.

GRAPHICS MODThe Graphics Mod should be able to come up with unique and fandom related graphics to showcase content and relay information about the zine. Will be expected to find official artworks or create your own assets to go with the graphics. Since design is very subjective you should be willing to discuss design ideas and be comfortable with the trial and error way of working.Do not need to know how to make motion graphics / gifs or be an artist, but if you know how to do any of those it is a plus. This is a very time consuming and time sensitive role as some things need to be posted on specific days and graphics take a long time to make. Some periods are busier than others, but the graphic mod role tends to be busy almost throughout the entire project.Graphics includes and is not limited to:
・ Contributor overview
・Contributor spotlight
・ Previews
・Social media graphics
・Promotional graphics
・Store graphics
・Creating assets to be used in the zine and on social media
